Authorized business use
TruAds may be used only by authorized agency and client representatives for legitimate business advertising operations. Users must have the necessary rights to access accounts and submit content.
Account responsibility
Users must protect sign-in credentials, select the correct client scope, and promptly report unauthorized access to the agency administrator. Attempts to access another tenant or bypass security controls are prohibited.
Meta and third-party services
Meta connections remain subject to Meta's terms, permissions, review processes, and technical availability. Third-party changes or outages may affect TruAds features.
Approvals and outcomes
Live advertising changes require explicit human approval and a recorded reason. No particular advertising outcome is guaranteed because budgets, delivery, platform decisions, and market conditions can change.
Restriction and suspension
Access or integrations may be temporarily restricted for a security risk, misuse, payment or contract breach, or a legal requirement. The authorized agency administrator is notified where practicable.
